Welcome!

Hey There!
Welcome to Ms. Lisa's TECH CORPS Ohio Blog!
I am trying to keep up with our students as they learn... so here I am setting up my first blog!!! :-)

TECH CORPS Ohio is the state chapter of a national nonprofit organization that strives for a technologically literate society in which all students have equal access to the technology programs, resources and skills to enrich their education and allow them to compete successfully in the global workforce. TECH CORPS Ohio is driven by local technology needs and draws on the expertise and enthusiasm of tech-savvy members from the local community.
TECH CORPS was founded in 1995 by Gary J. Beach, Publisher of CIO Magazine. TECH CORPS Ohio received its charter in 1999, and since that time has recruited, placed and supported more than 350 technology volunteers, who have given nearly 15,000 hours in volunteer time, assisting students and teachers in 250 schools in 15 Ohio counties.
